Refund & Return Policy
Our Refund
At Strolee we are so confident you will love our product! We accept returns for up to 30 days after purchase provided the item is tested indoors only and is in new, resalable condition with all original packaging, tags & safety information intact.
If we have to service the product when re-stocking, we may need to charge you a restocking fee. Some examples of serviceable items can include used / scuffed wheels. In the event we received a stroller with dirty, stained or non serviceable components the product may not be eligible for a refund. Customer service can coordinate to have non refundable items returned to you.
In most cases, we will attempt to send you a suitable exchange product prior to issuing a refund.
The refund is made using the same method of payment made by the customer at the time of purchase, or by another method that is more convenient after the good reception of the returned item, within a maximum period of 30 days.
Bank transaction fees costs will not be refunded. These costs correspond to: 4% on international credit cards, 4% on ATM and MBWay transactions in Portugal and national or international bank transfer depending on the bank involved.
Non refundable items
Certain item may be non refundable including but not limited to the original shipping charges, customized items, final sale items or items which are part of special promotions.
Orders which receive free shipping & orders which are being returned for reasons outside of Strolee’s control may have the refund reduced by the actual shipping fees incurred.
