Strolee is designed for everyday life. Our commercial warranty provides support for covered design or manufacturing defects, alongside your statutory consumer rights.
2-Year Commercial Warranty
The existing Strolee commercial warranty provides two years of coverage from purchase for design or manufacturing defects, with covered repairs provided free of charge. This commercial warranty is separate from the legal guarantee of conformity.
What's Covered
The published warranty commitment concerns design or manufacturing flaws. Its examples include supplying replacement wheels or a replacement frame when the relevant component fails because of a covered defect.

Your Statutory Consumer Rights
This commercial warranty does not replace or reduce your statutory rights. EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods from delivery. Applicable national law may provide longer protection; for new movable goods purchased under Portuguese consumer law, the statutory period is generally three years.
Statutory remedies are provided without charge and may include repair, replacement, price reduction or ending the contract where the legal conditions are met. The end of a commercial warranty does not end any statutory guarantee that still applies.
